In May, we welcomed Michael McWatters, Director of Experience Design at TED, to talk about his work in the UX field. We were fascinated as he spoke about the evolution of UX design over the course of his career, and shared how recent changes have affected the new face of UX. 

He also provided insight into some of the approaches that TED takes toward meeting design challenges, particularly given their global audience target, and the fact that UX needs vary tremendously across cultures. His passion for what he does was evident, as was the thoughtful curiosity that motivates his work and fuels his solutions.
