Someone who is analytical and data-driven, but also has a passion for creativity and innovation.

As a Marketing Strategist, you’ll work on the creation of strategic marketing initiatives for a range of prominent consumer brands. Through a thorough analysis of data, trends, and consumer insights you’ll provide the foundation for innovation and thoughtful rationale to inspire and help guide the development of creative work across digital and print channels.

Who you are

  • You have a minimum of 4–6 years of experience within a creative agency, or similar
  • Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-starter and collaborative
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude at all times
  • A natural storyteller with effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Curious; you ask questions to enhance our strategic thinking
  • Patient; you’re able to work collaboratively and patiently with team members to evolve ideas
  • Able to think and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Deeply immersed in consumer marketing/product/branding trends
  • Experienced in working with consumer loyalty marketing/programs
  • Strong presenter who’s comfortable with client interaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills
  • A master of time management
  • Bring an advanced level of expertise in consumer marketing and a deep understanding of customer lifecycles and marketing funnels to the team
  • Be our go-to resource for all things CRM
  • Be the expert in social and paid media campaign, strategy, trends, and best practices
  • Gather and interpret research
  • Cull insights from data to develop insight-driven strategic directions for programs
  • Employ a test-learn-measure approach; able to analyze results and situations, and get to solutions and recommendations quickly
  • Build, develop, and present strategies and strategic recommendations for a range of consumer initiatives
  • Research and cascade relevant trends for our own brand and our clients' business
  • Facilitate and lead conceptual brainstorming
