  • Digitally focused with deep knowledge of email marketing, UI/UX, web design, and social media best practices and trends
  • Production wizard with solid typography and layout composition skills in both digital and print executions
  • Advanced knowledge of print design and production methods – creating specifications for paper stock, inks and varnishes, folding structures, plastics, etc
  • Highly efficient multi-tasker able to juggle multiple projects seamlessly while meeting evolving deadlines and objectives
  • Excellent communicator, able to articulate ideas, challenges, and identify the right solutions
  • Team-player with a can-do attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment

  • Communicate and coordinate with account, project, and creative teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of creative materials
  • Use efficient and effective techniques for producing digital communications and print materials
  • Adhere to a consistent graphic production and review process, while also identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Review file specifications prior to releasing assets to assure quality control standards from both the agency and vendors
  • Execute work against existing brand guidelines and/or create new guidelines from scratch
  • Explore creative solutions and techniques when producing innovative and premium digital work
  • Help manage outside vendors and developers to align with creative vision, best practices, and client standards and guidelines
  • Participate in occasional “up-stream” design assignments, where you may leverage design, retouching, animation, and photography skills to help supplement our creative resources
