In partnership with FOOD & WINE magazine, the St. Regis Aspen launched a new restaurant concept at their recently renovated luxury hotel. Aspen’s Chefs Club introduced an entirely new fine-dining experience by bringing an ongoing rotation of FOOD & WINE’s “Best New Chefs” to the restaurant. Each season the menu is reinvented, allowing guests to enjoy the brilliance and artistry of a diverse range of award-winning chefs.
SARANKCO worked on the name, logo, and visual identity for Chefs Club. The challenge was to develop a name that would meet the challenge of a restaurant that is constantly changing. Inspired by the performance aspect of food preparation, SARANKCO envisioned Chefs Club as a culinary icon synonymous with “live” cuisine — a venue for of-the-moment dining.
