Aspire, a start-up pharmaceutical compounding company, was the vision of several executives who broke off to create a new brand in their industry. Creating custom formulations for topicals is erudite territory. There just aren’t a lot of companies out there attempting to revolutionize and modernize this established, competitive field. From the very start, we realized that the company needed a future-proof design that would accommodate expansion into new sub-brands like Aspire RX and Aspire Equine, and one that felt worlds apart from the clinical image of big pharmaceutical companies.

Our aim was to stand out, not fit in. We created an identity that spoke to the transformational process of creating custom compounds, with a nod to scientific symbolism that would easily be understood within the community. We extended this branding by crafting custom packaging that fit into existing forms and a full suite of communications, including presentation materials. To help Aspire succeed, we presented them as an established brand to show credibility and gain trust with physicians and pharmacies.
